Our goal is to provide you as safely and quickly as possible with the merchandise that you have purchased. Please read below about our shipping policies. For any questions not addressed below, feel free to contact us directly. 1. When will my order ship and how is it sent? Most orders for products In Stock ship within 48-72 hours via UPS Ground, for orders placed Mon-Fri 8:00AM-6:00PM PST (except for holidays). Otherwise your order will be processed on the next business day and will be shipped within 24-72 hours from that day. Orders are delivered only on business days - we do not provide Saturday or Sunday delivery. Different shipment times that may apply for certain products (out of stock, special order) will be specified on the product page. Please make sure to verify this information to know when you can expect your order to arrive. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE US, CANADA AND MEXICO CURRENTLY. Please contact us directly if you need your item(s) shipped to any destination other than the above. We like to offer our customers the ability to track their orders, both in process and after they are shipped. Accordingly we do not ship through USPS so we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. However, if necessary, your order can be shipped via alternate shippers (USPS, FedEx, DHL or others) - please make a note on your order and we will contact you for any additional details as may be necessary. Please understand that you cannot expect to be able to track your order as when it is sent through UPS. In the case of very large orders (100+) they will be shipped via private trucking/freight companies. Please contact us for a quote prior to making your order. 2. How much does shipping cost? Our standard shipping charges are the same for all destinations within US, Canada and Mexico: $12 for the first item and $10 for each additional item. These charges are waived during our free shipping promotions. Please do not forget to use your promotion code to have your order shipped free! We will not retroactively apply any coupons/discount codes. NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable in case of a return. If you are interested in purchasing a larger amount (10+ items), additional shipping discounts may apply. Please call or email us for a quote. Let us know the following: which cooler model you would like, zip code of destination and whether the delivery address is a residential or commercial location. We'll give you a quote right away and process your order promptly. If you don't contact us before placing your order online, we'll email you a shipping quote to approve before we ship. 3. Can you ship my order faster? We can usually do it! (Same hours of operation as listed above will apply) On the last page of our online order form, just before you submit your order, you will see an area for “Special Instructions”. This is an area, where you can type in a note such as a “must-have by date.” If any additional charges apply, we'll give you a call to inform you of it and if you approve, will invoice you for it separately. 4. Can you gift-wrap my item? For an additional charge of $5 per item we can have your cooler elegantly gift-wrapped. These will come as separate documents. Please be aware some “spam blockers” block these receipts. Shipping Notification You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information (on UPS shipments only). You may also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account here. Holiday Shipping We do our best to pack holiday orders as fast as possible. During Christmas, New Year's, Independence Day and other special occasions, to accommodate the increased demand in a timely fashion, we may change our hours of operations and shipping policies to accommodate the increased demand - please check back for the most updated shipping information. |
